A chicken coop or Hen House

Like human, chicken also likes to live in proper, comfortable and ventilated condition. The size of coop should be according to the number of chickens you have and the space where you are planning to set up your coop. If you have less number of chicken then small coop can be used otherwise large one is recommended. And if you have business of it then always go for a large one.

At least 4 square feet space should be allocated to each chicken. Chickens need some space for play and run also which keep them healthy and happy. You have to make sure that it should not be in reach of any dangerous predators. Windows must be there in coop for air and sunlight to come in but it should not be too large otherwise predators may cause harm to chickens and chicken can also go out of the coop.
